DECIMALS — OFFICIAL RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. General Policy
Decimals ("we," "us," "our") accepts returns and exchanges on eligible merchandise within 30 calendar days from the date the order is delivered to the customer. By initiating a return, the customer ("you," "your") acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, all items must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, or damage.
- All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact and included.
- Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
Decimals reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these requirements.
3. Non‑Returnable Items
For reasons related to hygiene, safety, and product integrity, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Undergarments
- Socks
- Custom, personalized, or made‑to‑order items
- Limited‑release items
- Products marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
4. Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution, but typically require 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non‑refundable, except where required by law.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted for the same product in an alternative size or color, subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
6. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item, manufacturing defect), customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Decimals does not assume liability for lost or damaged return shipments. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Customers must report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 calendar days of delivery. Claims must include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographic evidence
Upon verification, Decimals will provide instructions for replacement or resolution.
8. Return Authorization
All returns require prior approval. To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact our support team and provide:
- Full name
- Order number
- Item(s) being returned
- Reason for return
Unauthorized returns may be rejected or returned to the sender.
9. Policy Modifications
Decimals reserves the right to update, modify, or revise this Return & Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will govern your transaction.
